MLI Senior Fellow Paul Romer in the Ottawa Citizen: The world needs more Canada
September 14, 2012 – In an op-ed published in the Ottawa Citizen today, MLI Senior Fellow Paul Romer discusses his charter cities concept for developing countries seeking institutions that promote progress and growth. He says, “The world needs more Canada and this country has an opportunity to create little pieces of Canada around the world to improve the lives of people who want to immigrate here, but can’t.”
