The Future is Now – text of my speech to the Ottawa Economics Association

On March 24 I gave a talk to the Ottawa Economics Association one-day conference on Canada’s economic challenges. The conference was organised by Chris Ragan, my successor as Clifford Clark Visiting Economist at the Department of Finance. Below is the text of my talk.
