February 22, 2013 - In a new MLI study released on Thursday, Police-reported Crime Statistics in Canada: Still More Questions Than Answers, author Scott Newark says Statistics Canada is creating an incomplete portrayal of crime in this country because of the way it collects and collates data. Since the release of the study, it has generated a great deal of discussion across many media outlets. Sun News Network's the Toronto Sun, Calgary Sun, and canoe.ca covered the report as well as Le Journal de Montreal and 660 News.
Newark also appeared on The Gary Doyle Show on 570 News in Kitchener today. Click here to listen to the interview. On Monday, February 25 at 12 pm ET, he will be on The Rutherford Show (Alberta's #1 radio show) to discuss further the study.
